TD Team-Assistance Grant Opportunity!

FIRST Robotics Canada is proud to welcome TD as a 2016-17 event and team sponsor! TD is thrilled to offer six (6) $2,500 grants to support teams in Ontario that make a demonstrable effort to encourage and demonstrate the participation and engagement of female members of your team in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).

FIRST Robotics Canada (FRC) Ontario teams can apply for the grants from TD by submitting a video that incorporates one or both of the following themes:

1) Tell us how FIRST Robotics has positively impacted one (or more) female member(s), mentor and/or alumnus of your team.

2) Tell us how a $2,500 grant from TD would benefit the female members on your team.

A committee comprised of the FIRST’s Girls in STEM Executive Advisory Council and TD representatives will be in charge of selecting the grant recipients based on how well the video content meets the criteria outlined below. Six (6) teams will be chosen to receive the grants.
